There are a lot of things that I wish I could tell myself at 13 that I know now that I wish I knew them. One of the most important things is that, it gets better. It's easy to think just because something is wrong right now that its always gonna be like that. It's also very easy to keep yourself stuck in a situation that's happening and you don't understand. I'd tell myself that you can appreciate up unless you've been down, meaning its not untill you've been low lower then dirt that you really appreciate everything that you have been throughout will only make you stronger. All of this is gonna make your testimony so much strong and you'll be able to help kids some day that's going through something like this. Don't give up, even though given up is sometimes the only thing that you think you could do. you never know what the future holds. you've seen what has happened when your other friends have given up, and all the hurt and pain that was cause by two little boys from des moinses iowa that just played basketball, baseball, and track. losing your friends make you look at life differently and make you want to stay with the people that have stayed with you and love the people that love you.
